At Bésame Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage-inspired beauty purchase. If you are not delighted with your order, we accept returns on unused or gently swatched items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original glamor packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
